Are you looking for a job that will challenge you to grow at an incredible pace? Do you want to discover how new technologies can impact and accelerate growth for any business in any industry? Do you want to learn how to develop and implement strategies that will transform the way we do business? Are you ready to become a change leader? Then SparkOptimus is the place for you!

SparkOptimus helps organizations unlock the power of disruption. We spark and scale transformational initiatives that improve the lives of consumers and customers using new technology. We are pragmatic, we think like a start-up, and we focus on delivering customer and business value all over the world for organizations like Heineken, Ikea, eBay, Unilever, ING, CarNext and AkzoNobel. We work with leaders to clarify what needs to be done as well as how to do it. Together, we then build and embed the organizational capabilities and change needed to get it done throughout all layers of the organization.

As an Associate, you will get the chance to make an impact every day – no two days are the same. You will be a part of client teams from day one, not only structuring and performing analyses, but also taking on hands-on roles in client transformations and the set-up of new digital ventures. These responsibilities, in combination with the daily cooperation with Managers, Partners and clients, provide an unparalleled range and depth of opportunities.

SparkOptimus has a coaching and learning culture. We support your development through on-the-job coaching and formal training programs that address the challenges you will encounter as an Associate, e.g., consultancy skills, interpersonal skills, and functional digital expertise. You will be amazed by how much you will learn in a short amount of time!

At SparkOptimus, we believe diversity and inclusion are inseparably linked to corporate social responsibility. SparkOptimus provides equal opportunities and treatment for all employees (to be), and strives to make sure every employee feels recognized and at home at the organization.
