Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intern to join our Finance team. As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment and contribute to the development of our Finance department.
What you'll do
As a Finance Intern, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in various aspects of financial operations. You'll play a key role in assisting our Financial Operations Specialist with important tasks like managing financial administration, payroll, month-end closing, and VAT returns. This position will offer you the opportunity to work closely with both the Financial Operations Specialist and the CFO, gaining valuable experience and building a strong foundation for your future in finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering invoices in Trifact/ExactOnline
- Creditor management
- Processing the bank book in ExactOnline
- Preparing payment batches
- Answering financial questions from your colleagues
- Creating new customer accounts
- Supporting with the payroll administration
- Supporting with the Month-end closing and preparing VAT returns

Requirements
- You are following a MBO-4 or HBO course in Business Administration, Business Studies or Finance & Control or a comparable study.
- Available for at least 5 months, flexible start date in Q3.
- Strong interest in the Finance field and a desire to gain practical experience.
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
