What you'll do

As an Intern at SparkOptimus, you will get the chance to make an impact every day – no two days are the same. You will be a part of client teams from day one, not only structuring and performing analyses, but also taking on hands-on roles in client transformations, in digital, data & AI, or in sustainability. These responsibilities, in combination with the daily cooperation with Associates, Managers, Partners and clients, provide an unparalleled range and depth of opportunities.

SparkOptimus has a coaching and learning culture. We support your development through on-the-job coaching and training programs that address the challenges you will encounter as a Associate Intern, e.g., consultancy skills, interpersonal skills, and functional expertise. You will be amazed by how much you will learn in a short amount of time.

Why SparkOptimus?

SparkOptimus helps organizations unlock the power of disruption. We are pragmatic, we think like a start-up, and we focus on delivering customer and business and sustainable value all over the world for organizations like Heineken, Ikea, eBay, Unilever, ING, CarNext and AkzoNobel.
