📣 We're hiring: Digital B2B Marketeer (Part-time, 4 days/week)
Start date: ASAP | Location: Amsterdam (hybrid)

SparkOptimus is looking for a Digital B2B Marketeer to drive growth through sharp content, smart campaigns, and hands-on execution. You’ll be part of the marketing team, working directly with one of the partners, and collaborate with teams across the company to bring our brand to life.
🔧What you’ll do
You’ll take the lead in shaping and scaling our digital presence across platforms:
Own our content strategy across LinkedIn (organic & paid), blogs, and client case studies
Create compelling B2B content that resonates with C-level audiences
Experiment with GenAI tools to boost efficiency and quality in content creation
Manage our website (Webflow or similar), keeping content sharp and updated
Set up and run marketing automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, email flows)
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics & Tag Manager, and optimize accordingly
Ensure GDPR compliance across all campaigns and tools

Requirements
You’re hands-on, structured, and proactive — someone who gets energy from building and improving. You bring:
2–3 years of experience in B2B or digital marketing
Strong writing skills and content creation instincts (visual skills are a plus)
Experience with LinkedIn (organic & paid) and demand generation
Familiarity with Canva, Opus Clip, or Figma (bonus for video)
Basic knowledge of Webflow or other CMS platforms
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, email automation)
Experience with analytics & tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive is a plus)
Excellent English (Dutch is a plus)
Availability to work from our Amsterdam office at least 50% of the time
