Finance Coordinator

We’re looking for a Finance Coordinator with an entrepreneurial mindset that fits our high-energy culture. You will work together with the finance administrator and report directly to one of the partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious and low-ego environment. You will take full ownership of the finance processes while holding high exposure to the partner group, with ample opportunity for personal growth. Next to managing the daily finance operations, you will take the lead in improving our finance processes with AI tools and efficient workflows.

What you'll do

You’ll take ownership of all core finance processes, including:

• Preparing and presenting the quarterly reports including forecast insights

• Leading and managing the budget throughout the year

• Creating the annual report and managing the audit

• Communicating with partners, supervisory board, certificate holders, and external advisors

• Ensuring accurate and compliant reporting

• Taking a coaching role and collaborating with the finance administrator and HR team

You’ll manage and improve the finance department, with a special emphasis on workflow optimizations and adoption of AI tools.

What we offer

• €4,583 - €5,736 gross per month (based on experience, full-time equivalent)

• Have working experience in finance & control with a strong track record in managing annual reporting in a stand-alone role

• Hold a master’s degree in Finance & Control, or equivalent

• Are comfortable working with Excel, Exact Online, and PowerBI

• Communicate fluently in both Dutch and English

• Think in a structured way, are hands-on, accurate, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset

• Are curious and open to learning new tools and software

• Can work from our Amsterdam office at least 50% of the time
