Are you a skilled assistant who excels at staying organized and facilitating smooth communication at different levels? Do you enjoy being the key link between clients, partners, and colleagues? If the answer is yes, then we are looking for you!


What are you going to do?

We are looking for an experienced Management Assistant to support several partners based in our vibrant office in Amsterdam with the flexibility to work remotely for 2 days in the week. You will work in an informal, flat and above all personal organization together with two other assistants. From complex agenda management, ensuring meetings run smoothly, managing travel logistics, navigating different time zones to handling unforeseen circumstances, your role is crucial ensuring every interaction is a success.  

  • Calendar management and monitoring of actions and follow-ups.
  • Supporting several partners in all kinds of executive and administrative tasks.
  • Planning visits and receptions to and with customers.
  • Being the main contact for our customers/visitors.
  • Organization of business trips.
  • Assist with both internal and external events.
  • Office management.
  • Supporting the recruitment team by following up/briefing the candidates, as well as scheduling the interviews. You will be the contact person for the candidates.

Requirements

You are pro-active, energetic, have a positive mindset and love to work in a high demanding organization. You have worked as an assistant before and would like to take on that second step in your career. It’s your second nature to take care of your team but you also feel responsible to take care of the office and the broader team.

  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level;
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in business services;
  • Fluent Dutch and very good command of English;
  • Good command of Office365;
  • Minimum of 3 days at the office with Friday being our mandatory office day.
