We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intern to join our Talent team. As a Talent Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment and contribute to the development of our Talent department.



What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the Talent team to maintain and continuously develop our Employee Value Proposition
  • Contribute to various workstreams within our Talent department, such as Learning & Development, Performance Management & DE&I.
  • Support in daily operational tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing changes in the HR information systems and continuous optimization of our processes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of People & Culture policies and procedures.

  • A monthly internship allowance of €750 based on 40 hours. The regular office days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and you can also work from home if you wish.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a relevant degree at the HBO or university level, such as Human Resource Management, Personnel Sciences, or Work and Organizational Psychology.
  • You are fulltime available for 6 months, flexible start date in Q3.
  • Strong interest in the HR field and a desire to gain practical experience.
  • Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the reliability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
