What you'll do

As an AI Event Coordinator Intern, you’ll play a vital role in our growing AI service line, contributing to impactful events and gaining valuable hands-on experience. From day one, you will take responsibility for organizing an internationally oriented AI award, working on all aspects from planning to execution: identifying and connecting with potential partners, selecting and supporting participants & clients, and supporting selection of impactful initiatives. Additionally, you’ll support the growth of our AI service line by contributing strategic insights and innovative ideas. Working directly with our (Associate) Partners and a dynamic team, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge developments in AI while developing essential skills in event coordination, client relations, and business development.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3rd year bachelor student (WO/Academic), with excellent results so far

• Outstanding analytical and social skills, a can-do mentality, and a passion for AI

• Availability for at least four consecutive months, with a preference for six months

• Start date: February
